Confusion, criticism on eve of Women's Right to Know law, a long article from the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Every so often, the government imposes additional restrictions and regulations on a particular type of business.

If you've ever followed such stories, you know that the trade association for the newly regulated business always makes the same basic claims. The regulations are unnecessary because we are already doing all those things. The regulations are impossibly complicated and it will hurt our customers if we have to comply. The government is inept and working with them is difficult.

Now you don't have to read the article.
