An online anger quiz.

I remember Richard Gere saying in "Pretty Woman"--I also watch reality television--that "it took me ten years in therapy to admit that I was angry at my father."

It's hard to say when a person is chronically angry whether what they need to do is learn life management skills (such as reducing stress in their life and learning how to better handle anger episodes so that they don't behave in destructive ways) or whether they should chip away at the anger by resolving old wounds. Lynette Hoy's book gives a balanced perspective on that. For most people, it's a little of both.
