Who Is The Father?

Laura Howard visited a fertility specialist and conceived through artificial insemination. As she left the clinic, an agitated employee told her they had given her the wrong semen. They gave her a prescription for the morning-after pill to terminate the pregnancy. She declined to take it and is suing the fertility clinic. The fertility clinic's attorney is suggesting they shouldn't be liable, since it was Ms. Howard's choice not to abort the pregnancy.

Should be interesting.
