This must-read is about a liberal, abortion-rights activist Mom whose daughter follows right along with the parental politics, except on abortion. The daughter doesn't see why it's a baby when you want it and a fetus when you don't. The mom just doesn't know what to do to bring her daughter into line...so she finally decides to tell her daughter about her abortion. Not, you know, to help daughter understand mom better, or to know more about the family...but, apparently, so that the daughter's worldview will be entirely consistent with the mom's worldview.
