READERS, PLEASE STOP FOR A MOMENT AND PRAY:

A friend/reader of this blog has a relative whose infant child was apparently just kidnapped by the estranged husband from the child's daycare facility, under the pretext of taking the child to the doctor or something, while the mom was at work. Apparently a message was left on the answering machine that the husband was "taking the baby, and you'll never see [the baby] again."

Please keep this baby, the mother, the father, all in your prayers. Please pray for the safety of this child, and the sanity of the parents. Please pray for the father to come to his senses:
Nothing, but NOTHING, is worth the damage being done to your child, sir, if you are ever reading this. Please reconsider and then do what's best for your child. Please do not use this child of yours as a wedge, a tool, a bargaining chip or as a way to get back at the child's mom. You are the child's dad. Please BE a dad.
