My sidewalk friend Carmen with one of the babies saved last year

Some folks have written about wanting to help my sidewalk friends help the moms and babies. I know this is Connecticut and you can certainly find a local CPC (Crisis Pregnancy Center) to donate to, but I asked Marilyn if there are any special needs at this time, and here's what she said:
"We can always use Stop & Shop Food Cards for the families, and right now we need size 2 boy clothes. The Donations can be sent to OSA-Ct, 632 Merwin Ave. Milford, CT 06460. If anyone in CT can help, we have a mom in the valley (Naugatuck/Seymour area, I presume) that needs a 4BR apartment. Thanks for the help. mc"
I'm not suggesting everyone start sending her this stuff, but it's a small sample of the kinds of things that are needed--both here and where you are--and that my friends get. This stuff, no matter how small it seems, goes a loooooong way, whether we ever realize it or not, whether we are personally thanked for it or not.
(PS: If you'd rather send anything to me instead, I'll get it to Marilyn. Email at the email addy in the upper right corner of the sidebar)
