I see that Hope Alive will have a week-long training in Arkansas from October 17-23. Hope Alive also now has affiliates in eleven states.

I believe that Rachel's VIneyard is the most widespread post-abortion ministry. It currently has retreat sites in 43 states.

It's an impressive accomplishment for the Hope Alive program to have grown so much. It involves a significant time commitment on the part of leaders and participants, since Hope Alive groups meet weekly for thirty weeks. Much of this time is spent addressing childhood wounds, especially sexual abuse. Many women who are post-abortive have a history of sexual abuse.
