Indeed, it is unfortunate that the Times reporters did little to acknowledge academic researchers whose conclusions differ from theirs.
In a kind of Southern Gentlemanly way, Michael J. New of the University of Alabama picks to shreds the biased, unbalanced New York Times article on "parental-involvement laws" allegedly not reducing abortions among teens.
